美藉华人画家张淙介绍：

        张淙（Frank Chang) 出生于上海。毕业于上海教育学院美术系，纽约视觉学院艺术系。美国硕士学位。1986 年移居美国。现任国际书画家联合会会长，中国书画名家网艺委员会副主席，美国联络部主任，中国剑光书画院副院长，美国分院院长。继承发扬中国传统墨龙画，继宋代陈容墨龙传承，隨當代墨龙画家房虎卿，陈洪先生身教为墨龙画传承人。继后深获著名上海画院应野平等老前辈指导。来美后继承发揚传统文化。作品获国际书画大展金奖得主。尤以传统墨龍画被博物馆和国际知名人士收藏。2016年中国猴年，在紐約第五大道軟件時窗旗艦总店展示厅，每二星期举办一次不同內容的中国文化讲座，长达一年，传承和宣傳中囯文化。爱心捐赠中国灾区和佛教机构。作品"花旗家犬" 被美國前總統老布希收藏，并收到总終夫妇感谢卡。2017，2018年和2019 分别入编和印制中国邮政珍藏邮品和纪念邮册。

Frank Chang, Artist is the Vice Chirman of China Major Painting and Calligraphy Net Commission, Vice President of China JianGuang and Calligraphy Institute. President of US Branch; Member of China Bo Po art network of China Eastern Distinguished Painter, United State Association of Chinese Artists Member. Frank's Dragon paintings won the Golden Award of 2012 the the People's Republic of China Art Competition. The Dragon paintings became the Permanent Collection in The Museum of Silver City of Guansu Province.
